BYU Transition Checklist
As part of the upcoming transition from iRIS to OneAegis, all investigators at Brigham Young University must take specific steps to ensure uninterrupted research operations and compliance with university and IRB requirements. This checklist has been developed by the Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) to guide you through the essential tasks that must be completed before iRIS is retired.
All activities must be finalized by Friday, July 25, 2025. This includes downloading key documents, completing all submissions and responses in iRIS, and preparing your study team for the launch of the new OneAegis system.
Please begin these tasks as early as possible to avoid delays or loss of access to critical information. Use this checklist to help ensure a smooth and successful transition to OneAegis.
